Synergy 2026

Some days on campus just feel different, and 27 March 2026 was one of them. There was a certain energy in the air, conversations louder than usual, a steady rush of people, and a shared sense of anticipation. The Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics buzzed with ideas and excitement as Synergy’26, the annual management festival, brought together students from across institutions. More than just an event, Synergy’26 became a shared space, one where students could step out of their routine, take on new challenges, and learn through experience.

At its core, the festival aimed to nurture qualities that go beyond the classroom, such as leadership, creativity, conscientiousness, resilience, and teamwork. This was visible not just in how the events were designed, but in how participants approached them. Students from different colleges brought diverse perspectives, making every interaction more engaging and meaningful. The atmosphere throughout the day reflected a healthy sense of competition, balanced with collaboration, learning, and genuine enjoyment.

One of the key highlights of the festival was Consulticon, a case competition organized by the Consulting Cell. Conducted online through Unstop, it simulated real world consulting challenges through multiple rounds, including a quiz, case analysis, and final presentations. Participants were pushed to think like consultants, approaching problems using structured frameworks and building practical, strategy driven solutions. What stood out was the clarity and confidence with which ideas were presented, bringing classroom learning to life.

In contrast, The Director’s Cut brought a more creative and interactive energy to the festival. Designed for those passionate about cinema, the competition tested visual memory, auditory recall, and cinematic awareness through rounds involving still frames and sound clips. The wildcard round added to the excitement, giving teams another chance to reach the finals. More than anything, the event stood out for the enthusiasm it generated, as participants engaged actively and relived iconic

moments together.

Adding a fast paced, competitive edge to Synergy’26, Clash Royale Battle Challenge brought a different kind of intensity. Organized by Markonnect, the event tested participants’ coordination, strategy, and quick decision making. The matches were engaging and unpredictable, with close contests and last minute turnarounds making it one of the most exciting events of the day.

While Synergy’26 was a memorable experience for participants, it was just as much a learning journey for the students who organized it. From planning and coordination to handling last minute challenges, the organizing team experienced what it truly means to take responsibility for something of this scale. There were moments of pressure and uncertainty, but also growth, learning, and a sense of accomplishment that comes only from doing. For many, it wasn’t just about putting together an event, it was about understanding how ideas come to life through teamwork and effort.

As the day came to a close, Synergy’26 left behind more than just memories of competition and celebration. It became a space for connection, learning, and shared experiences that stayed with everyone involved. With the spirit of this year carrying forward, Synergy ’27 holds the promise of being just as lively, engaging, and full of new experiences.
